- James Murphy Review added: 2018.04.03★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a registered customer at this vets for some years. Until recently, my experiences with the practice has been without complaint. I would say the prices are on the high side but I've always felt the quality of care offered to the animals has justified this.
Very recently I had a poor experience with a recent consultation for my Dog and felt very unhappy with the way I was treated and the way in which the matter was handled by the front line staff.
However the boss of the practice Marcus Wilson stepped in and went out of his way to contact me regarding the matter and has expressed his regret with regards to how I was left feeling about the incident and has given his assurance that he does value his customers greatly and so has offered a re-evaluation of my Dog at no extra charge and for us to resolve the matter on my next visit.
I am very impressed by this and I shall fully update this review upon resolution to give an honest and fair recollection of my experience at Knotts Yard Veterinary Practice.
